As of 2019, Futian Court of Shenzhen has recruited 214 lawyers in Shenzhen as special mediators, and a total of 27 lawyers from Guanghe have been appointed as the third batch of such special invited mediators of Futian Court. Guanghe was awarded the title of "2018 Excellent Mediation Organization" (8 in total) by the People's Court of Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone. A number of Guanghe’s lawyers were also awarded as "Gold Mediator" and "Excellent Mediator".
