Personal Biography

Ms. Zhang holds a Bachelor of Management degree of Renmin University of China and is currently studying a Master of Laws degree in Civil and Commercial Law at China University of Political Science and Law. Worked for US based company who is listed in Fortune 500 companies and Hong Kong companies, Ms Zhang has got extensive experience in industry operations. She changed to the legal profession in 2022 and obtained her lawyer's license of China in 2024. Her areas of practise mainly include: cross-border marriage and family affairs and inheritance, cross-border investment and M&A, legal services for mainland china companies expanding overseas and etc.
