Her practice spans both domestic and cross-border transactions, with specific expertise in M&A, corporate compliance, foreign-related legal affairs, shareholder disputes, and intellectual property (IP). Equity Financing & Corporate Restructuring

Represented a Hong Kong-listed company and a Shenzhen-based pre-IPO automotive technology company in their Series B and Series C equity financing rounds, as well as the spin-off and listing of their subsidiaries, securing an aggregate financing volume of hundreds of millions of USD.

Intellectual Property Litigation

Represented a museum in an appearance patent (design patent) infringement dispute involving refrigerator magnets with a claim amount of approximately several hundred thousand RMB, successfully guiding the case to a favorable settlement.

Cross-Border & Global Compliance

Represented a cross-border enterprise in preparing comprehensive compliance and rectification reports for its overseas mobile applications (APPs), ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, including the European Union and Japan.

Having previously served as a senior in-house legal executive at prominent listed companies, including Vanke Property Service and China Water Industry Group, Ms. Yin possesses a dual background as both an elite attorney and an experienced corporate counsel. She has spearheaded numerous non-litigation projects, including domestic and cross-border equity financing.
